Family Mediation/Arbitration/Parenting Coordination/voice of the child reports

Elizabeth provides family mediation, arbitration, and mediation-arbitration involving parenting plans, child and spousal support, and property division. Elizabeth has developed expertise in working with high-conflict families in mediation, mediation-arbitration and parenting coordination. Elizabeth has extensive experience as a Parenting Coordinator when ongoing conflict continues following separation. 

Elizabeth works with multi-disciplinary professionals throughout all processes, to ensure families are supported during separation and beyond. Clients may attend on their own or with counsel but will always be encouraged to obtain independent legal advice throughout all processes. Regardless of the process chosen, all clients are screened individually to ensure the process chosen is appropriate for the family.

Heather works with children to ensure their voices are heard during and after separation. In addition, Heather will be working with parents individually and together to develop effective co-parenting skills.
